"The room that i was in this time needs a cockroach treatment. It had a number of german roaches from infant to adult less the dozen i killed"

"The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc. The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with) Location is great, right next to the main street"

"The room was really clean and modern. Great Smart TV with all the Apps like Netflix, YouTube etc Had a good little fridge and a microwave (I was surprised how many didn’t) . Really big shower with great pressure, so I felt washed ! Close to the Taree Service Centre as in 5 min drive. Beautiful rural setting, so quiet. This place was a real gem really close to the M1. I found myself another great motel between Sydney and Brisbane, well worth the stop."

"This motel is slightly renovated and is cheap however it was very noisy especially early morning as trucks run behind the premises and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Definitely only worth the cheap rate we paid wouldn’t stay there again even though location was close to shops "

"One of the best in Taree. I've stayed at a few properties in Taree for work in 2026 so far. Hands down the most luxurious and cleanest. The couple running it are lovely and go above and beyond. Everything was spotless. Clean linen, clean frigde, clean utensils, clean floor and more. It was immaculate. I especially loved the back outside area along the garden as an extra space to relax. "Filthy and completely unacceptable. Do not stay here. This place looks nothing like the photos. I understand older style motels, but there's no excuse for the level of filth here, old can still be clean, and this absolutely wasn't. The room clearly hasn't had a proper clean in a long time. There was heavy build up of grime and dust around the base of the toilet, and the shower hadn't been cleaned at all, hair throughout the recess and visible grime in the grout. "Parking secured within park and everything needed for cooking. "
