"This is a beautiful historic property, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere and charm of the place made for an excellent stay. I did notice one area where the stairs had a significant amount of duct tape that could use some attention. If I could offer one suggestion to the owners, it would be to update or remove the old, outdated, and somewhat dingy artificial flowers, as they take away from the beauty of the historic setting. "Everything was fine. I am glad I pack my own coffee maker when I travel. You get in the elevator or in your room after a long travel day and realize there is no coffee maker for your morning coffee. And you have to request one. Most people DO NOT want to get dressed to get coffee. I understand protecting environment. There are coffee pods that have little to no plastic. Bring back the in room coffee makers please. I know it is a Corporate thing. But everything else was great as always."

"AC was not working. Called the front desk about the problem, and he asks me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, I walked up to the front desk to complain and he informs that the room was not occupied for a while so the AC would take some time to get started and asks to wait 10 more minutes, which I do. The wait did not magically bring it back to life. He then proceeds to acknowledge that the AC is broken and I'd have to find a way to adjust. On a hot summer day, I was not ready to do that. So I...
