"Very convenient for our night’s stay before our flight. Booked a room with a king size bed. Noticed the ear plugs when we walked into the room. Realized that they were for the ac unit outside the bedroom window that clicked on and off all night. This unit was not connected to our room and we couldn’t turn it off. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before or offered a discount."

"This is a nice property and I have stayed before. On this trip through Portland I chose this hotel over another and paid extra because they have an EV charger. I really needed to recharge overnight so that I could be on my way quickly in the morning. Unfortunately as I pulled in to the parking I saw that the charger is out of order. A shrug from the employees when I asked about it. I understand things sometimes happen but this has clearly been out of order for some time- it was not an unexpected...
