"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air.
