"Stuff on reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Didn’t explain how to find the room. Very easy to the overflow building completely like amazing got lost for 25 minutes as well as another customer both trying to find our rooms. Reception staff seemed very arrogant"

"I love staying here before a flight and also on my return from a long haul. Love that you now get an email to say your room is ready even before time. Big comfy clean bed and spacious too. Only complaint is not enough of those delicious biscuits on the hospitality tray haha"

"It's an odd place, an odd set up. Check-in is a bit farcical as they insist on your qr code link and registering whilst they stand there waiting.
