"Showed up at 11 pm with three kids after pre-paying for a non-refundable room with 2 Queen beds. Front desk clerk told us they had no rooms for us and to call Expedia for a refund. He later advised they had rooms with King beds but would not give us one. Had to find another place to stay at 11 pm ..."
