When i came in my room wasnt ready yet K was surprised because i came past checkin time which is 5:45 pm to be exact! When i came in the staff was busy on his phone having his headset with him and just browsing the phone They asked me to wait for 15 mins I came from Seoul so i was so tired that day Hoping i cam check in when i came but yes i have to wait because the room wasnt ready yet... The property is close to ktx train station But the staff is not friendly

極寒の日に宿泊。すきま風が入り部屋も寒かったです。特にシャワールームとトイレは外かと思うぐらい寒くて…利用をためらいました。 床暖房の上に薄い布団を敷いて寝るスタイルで、暖かいけど身体は痛かったです(笑)。 駅に近く、料金もかなり安くて、費用対効果を考えると良かったです。

釜山駅から近くてコンビニも隣にあり、ホテルの目の前には屋台がありとてもよかったです。タクシー乗り場も近くにあり便利でした。 どこへ行くにも行きやすい場所にありながら静かでよかったです。 ホテルの部屋は思っていたよりだいぶコンパクトでしたが結果自分の部屋みたいでとても快適でした。特別に綺麗とか設備が良いとかではないですが個人的にはとても満足です。 また釜山に行く時はこちらにお世話になりたいです。

釜山駅近くで立地は最高です 金額も安いです KTX、MRT、バスとアクセスは選べます 隣にはコンビニがあり、スーパーも徒歩圏内にあり、便利です 設備は少し古く、床が何となくペタペタする感じがしたので、スリッパ持参がオススメです （実際はペタペタしないかも） バスタブは大きく、トイレとバスが別々なのがありがたいです 部屋も広々してます チェックアウトは正午なので、帰国日はゆっくりできます スタッフの方は英語は通じました。日本語が通じるかは不明です

The hotel is located very close to Busan station and the local metro station, so walkable and close to public transit. The hotel itself needs a thorough clean. My bed sheets were stained and had hairs on them when I checked in, so the bed sheets were either not changed from the previous guest or this is what was considered to be clean. The sink and tub drains were initially running slow but were clogged 1-day into our stay. Not my best hotel in South Korea so far.

Horrible experience. They declined to provide basic necessities. Dust falling from ac when we turned it on. No bath towels provided. We left the hotel within one hour of checking in. They accepted they been dealing with issues but still declined to give us the refund. We had to book another hotel. Even Expedia didn’t help us. Very disappointed.

A hair found on bed and they respond after I report it There's bidet but it splashes water on toilet, nozzle looked like never been cleaned for long time so I cleaned it A front staff who wore glasses wasn't that bad but wasn't kind either, I thought it's just yonge guy, the other two guys were kind over all, it was cheap motel than I thought.
