It was a big surprise to learn that this condo does mot have daily housekeeping services! No front desk, no luggage porter. A huge condo building? Difficult to locate the assigned apt without an actual guide!

If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place.

This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building.

투숙하면서 해운대 바닷가를 도보로 자유로이 다닐수 있었던게 장점이었습니다! 정말 몇발자국만 걸어서 나가면 바로 해운대 바닷가가 펼쳐지더군요 다른특급호텔들 못지않게 장소가 좋았던게 인상적입니다!

주차장이 넓어서 좋아요! 전 비대면 체크인 선호자인데 여기도 체크인시간되니 문자주셔서 편하게 입실했어요 타호텔에서 바닥 모래때문에 불편했는데 여긴 정비도 깔끔하게 잘하시네요 모래없음!! 1층 편의점이나 식당가 2층코인세탁실 가까이 다 있어서 좋았습니다
