Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. "Big room with ocean view. All our requests for new towels everyday was granted. Only comment is that for you to reach the front desk, must ride 2 elevators then to go to your room, will have to use a third elevator. There were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. Good thing we saw someone who speaks English at the entrance of the hotel. "

"Beautiful modern room with nice ocean view. But not enough space for luggage. No drawers either. Rooftop Swimming pool was nice also. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants."

"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"
