"The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays."

"Well it was good overall. But the room pictured online was different from a deluxe king balcony we were in. Not a corner room as shown in picture. So I called the desk and they said a corner room if available. Looked and none available.It is random? We paid more for a balcony for fireworks because of mobility issues. Our view was a building and small section of the harbor to the left on balcony. But not a clear view of fireworks. We had to go outside anyway. Plus weather was 100+ everyday so...

"Reserved a room with a microwave so I could heat up a therapy device needed due to my severe pain and disability. No microwave in my room And when I asked the evening clerk he offered no help at all and suggested i walk to the Lobby throughout the night to use the
Break fast room microwave. Said they could not bring one to my room.
This made for a very turbulent night for me with very disturbed sleep due to relentes pain ."

"Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot."

"The elevators need help. They are outdated and need maintenance asap.
Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards.
Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning.
I wore slippers the whole time.
Needs some TLC."
