"There was no toilet brush to clean the toilet with and also I booked for 3 of us one Including sofa bed, late at night when going to sleep realised the sofa bed when pulled out had no sheet, pillows or duvet and when brought up we were just given it rather than it being done 9pm after travelling ..."
