"Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with varied choice. 1 minute walk to the Butrint Archeological Park which was convenient. Away from the crowds of Ksamil but a 5 minute drive to the cente of town."

"Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it...

"We had a very good experience here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the air conditioning helped keep the room pleasant. The views from the room to the ocean were really beautiful. Breakfast wasn’t huge in terms of variety, but the food was fresh and enjoyable."

The restaurant is super modern and beautiful with an amazing sea view. The food is also so high end and delicious in the restaurant. The beach and deck overlooks an amazing sea Mountain View. Super helpful and sweet staff, unmatched hospitality and 24/7 desk. They are flexible and kind, giving the best recommendations for things to do in the area....

"Great location the nearest beach is only a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same every day. There’s no pool or restaurant, which is a downside. The rooms aren’t the biggest, and the bed sheets were a bit too thin. However, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned every other day. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I would stay here again."
