"We enjoyed the free shuttle. They picked us up to check in and drove us back 2 hours later when our rental car was ready. The receptionist was so friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Amenities in the room were satisfactory. Coffee was good. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast."

"It was a great stay but the shower was dirty to the point where you can see the grime as soon as you walk in. Also the restroom door didn’t lock at all. The breakfast is not a meal is more of a snack bar with little options. Other then those options the beds where comfy, mirrors where clean, space was decent."

"The property is in a great location and it has a wonderful pool and hot tub. The staff was amazing and such a great help. I was disappointed in the fact that breakfast was less than amazing and most of it was cold and not very appealing. I was also disappointed in the fact that there was mold in the shower and it didn't drain well."

"Breakfast is advertised as buffet style but not. Cereals and bagesl/breads are only available. When we get to the property, checking inn is smooth with no issues. Once we got to the room, it was dark and the only available lights is the bedside lamp and the bathroom lights. Bed is clean and there was fridge and microwave which is I like. There was no soap and toilet papers so had to ask front desk for it."

"Stained towels, torn blankets with big holes in them, flushing the toilet took multiple attempts to fully flush, no beverages at all for breakfast, had to ask multiple times for someone to refill the breakfast section, including bread and milk for the cereal. No ice in the ice machine. This hotel has significant room for improvement, and from my personal experience I will not speak highly of this place. Consider improving basic things such as a better service from your employees, and prioritize clean towels. Super nasty seeing brown and red stains on the towels…."
