"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. "This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after."

"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. "Henry, the manager, was fantastic! Room was clean. Check in/check out was a breeze. Breakfast was simply amazing! And they held our bags for us while we went to Machu Picchu after check out. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this place to anyone."

"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."
