"Nice, clean, quiet property. Housekeeping failed to clean my room on two days when I had taken my DND sign down before 1:00 PM, the stated time per their policy. Decent breakfast which is included. "

"The room was adequate for our needs and expectations. However, my charging cable for my phone was stolen from my car, parked in hotel property. I reported the incident to the front desk girl, who said she would inform the manager and would check the cameras. She never did it and I did not receive any additional information about the incident. The manager never came out to give any explanations."

We didn’t need the kiddie pool but I would not have put my child in there if we did, Very unclean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. "

"Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat."

"Room was decent but sleeper couch had stains and foul ordor. Housekeeper could use some tips when it comes to cleaning. Not the same food options we had 6 years ago. Someone charged food to room when we went to check out had bill for something we didnt order. Overall for the price paid not impressed."

"The parking was easy. The property desperately needs an upgrade in the rooms were not great. The shower was ridiculous to try and use. You had to pull with all of your strength on the faucet to get it out of the wall to actually have any sort of water pressure. The carpet in the hallways was coming up.
