"Ich war schon in zwei anderen Hotels in der gleichen Straße und ich muss hier sagen: The Wings Hotel Pera hat beide getoppt. Natürlich muss auch gesagt werden, dass dieses Hotel zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts vor acht Monaten erst Eröffnet wurde. Dennoch möchte ich wirklich betonen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Ich habe um 1 Uhr Nachts Kleiderbügel und eine Decke gebraucht. Es war innerhalb von Minuten da. "Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...

"The biggest problem at breakfast was the lack of coffee. 80% of people coming to breakfast wanted coffee, but the very cheap and small machine could not cope. It would have also been nice to have some variety offered at breakfast, rather than 100% the same each day.."

"Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und einfach über WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Mit der Küche im Zimmer kann sogar gekocht werden und es gibt einen Kühlschrank inkl. kleiner Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee und Zucker lagen netterweise bereits bereit."

"While the hotel has many appealing qualities, several details fell short of expectations. Bathroom towels were worn and notably thin, and face towels were not provided. Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay. Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly. Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available....
