"We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. "Prior to arrival in the evening we had no email with information to get access from hotels.com even though we had told them our expected arrival time. By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out.
