Melhor lugar pra ficar em Buzios

Mais uma vez fomos maravilhosamente recebidos, desta vez pela Melanie, super simpática e acolhedora... A Renatta sempre muito solicita quanto a um pequeno detalhe que fora resolvido de pronto... o quarto sempre cheiroso e limpo, arejado, sem cheiro, toalhas limpas e lençóis impecáveis... um cafe da manha maravilho e bem farto, com bolos frescos feitos pelo se não me engano Lena, perdoe-me se equivoquei com o nome, que sempre nos brinda com ovos mexidos e uma deliciosa tapioca com recheios maravilhosos... a piscina com uma bela vista para a praia de Joao Fernandes, um espetáculo de localização... fácil acesso a praia e a Rua das Pedras... novamente saio ja com a próxima reserva em mente...

Serviços oferecidos de baixa qualidade

Atendimento satisfatório, porém zero facilidades na pousada. Cardápio muito enxuto, pouquíssimas opções para um petisco ou lanche durante o dia. Aos sábados, não abrem a cozinha, e nem sequer avisaram isso antes. Dia 01/01 e nós não tínhamos o que comer na pousada… No cardápio só constam frituras, e mesmo assim, 5 opções entre elas. Quarto muito claro e com Blackout que não resolvia a claridade. Valor alto pela baixa experiência do cliente

Lugar incrível

Comemoramos os 3 anos de casados nessa Pousada. Local muito bem localizado (há poucos passos da Praia de João Fernandes), uma vista linda, limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. Com certeza é uma otima opção.

Recomendo!

Gostamos bastante da estadia, o hotel mais Petfriendly que já levamos nossa cachorrinha. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e atendente que serve é muito simpática e agradável! Pegamos o quarto com varanda e vista e realmente é incrível acordar e se deparar com essa vista. A pousada fica numa região alta, então pra quem desce para praia a pé pode sofrer um pouco para subir de volta, caso deseje descer de carro o ideal é ir bem cedo, porque depois de 12:00 é praticamente impossível estacionar perto da praia. Para ir à rua das pedras fomos de carro todas as noites e é bem pertinho, 5 minutos de carro, porém para estacionar o ideal é deixar em estacionamento rotativo porque estacionar na rua é impossível, o estacionamento gira em torno de 30-40 reais a noite. Os pontos que considero que deveriam ser melhorados na pousada é a parte hidráulica da mesma, a privada ficou entupida, com cheiro ruim, fui utilizar o toilete perto da piscina que estava com o mesmo problema. Além disso o chuveiro do banheiro é fraco demais, não sei se isso se deve ao fato de ser uma Eco pousada, de qualquer forma acho que o chuveiro poderia ser um pouquinho mais forte, o que tornaria o nosso banho muito mais rápido também. Apesar dos pontos a serem melhorados nós esperamos voltar em breve, a hospitalidade, o café da manhã e o visual são realmente incríveis.

Só achei que deveria mostra no e-mail quando fechamos o pacote o quarto . Nas fotos era uma coisa quando cheguei era outra meu quarto a janela dava para um muro não tinha vista para o mar . Mas não tinha como mudar minha acomodação pois estava lotada a pousada . Mas do restante foi bom

UN LUGAR ESPECIAL PARA GENTE ESPECIAL

LA UBICACION es excelente, por estar en JOAO FERNANDEZ.., tiene como contra que su acceso tiene dos muy pronunciadas subidas, lo que la torna inconveniente para gente mayor o con problemas fisicos. Obviamente totalmente salvables con vehículo. EL LUGAR: sin palabras.., es como estar tocando el cielo de Buzios, tanto de dia como de noche. UN EXTRA: la increíble vista desde su desayunador y la piscina. Dificil encontrar algo igual EL LUGAR: titule de "Especial" porque al tener pocas habitaciones (9) el alojamiento y la estadía lo hacen sentir a uno "PRIVILEGIADO". Es como estar en la casa de uno en cuanto a tranquilidad, servicios, prestaciones con la calma y tranquilidad que produce el saberse pocos. Item que, además, te hace sentir cliente privilegiado ya que el trato con el personal, dueños y el ambiente es muy directo. En otras palabras, cara a cara.- LA HOSPITALIDAD Y EL TRATO: excelentes en todo momento, eso sí hay que comprender que no es nada automático. Algunos servicios, como la cena, hay que pautarlos temprano y de antemano para evitar obstáculos. DISPOSICION HACIA EL CLIENTE: 100% efectiva, real y siempre pensando en lo mejor para el mismo.- CONSEJO FINAL: no te prives de transitar esta experiencia.., vale totalmente la pena. POSDATA: si lograr entablar diálogo con RICARDO (dueño), descubriras otro atractivo plus del establecimiento.-

La habitación tenía una vista muy bonita pero le faltaba mantenimiento. El placar tenia un olor muy feo que no permitía guardar la ropa y se extendía a toda la habitación, había que ventilarla permanentemente. El desayuno es bastante pobre. El colchón no es muy cómodo.

O serviço é atencioso e não tivemos grandes problemas. O café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco, mas não é ruim. A localização é boa apesar de termos que descer e subir uma boa ladeira para ir e voltar da praia. Problemas da topografia de Búzios. Ganhamos assim uma excelente vista.

Uma boa pousada!!!

Fiquei no quarto 01, que fica no andar superior. O quarto é bom, com tv 32 LCD, varias opções de canais OI TV, Split, cama grande e macia, banheiro muito bom, frigobar, enfim um quarto bem bom. Nas noites que ventou muito, as portas de correr para a varanda bateram um pouco e entrou um pouco de vento mesmo elas estando fechadas. Sofremos um pouco também com o alto barulho que vinha do quarto ao lado, já que o isolamento acústico é quase nenhum. A pousada em si tem uma ótima piscina e deck para tomar sol, um café bem simples e repetitivo, mas que permite começar o dia bem, o atendimento é muito cortês e as pessoas são atenciosas. O ponto altíssimo da pousada é a vista para a praia de João Fernandes. Um espetáculo diário e que ajuda e muito na decisão por esta pousada. Recomendo!!!

Great views

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the language barrier was a slight issue but luckily google translate helped us out! The hotel has amazing views but be warned there are very steep hills from the beach and town to achieve this view. Definitely worth paying for a sea view as the room downstairs was a little dark and dingy next to a loud barking dog!

By the Baia

Buzios has become a very popular vacation spot with a very wide range of accomadation from hostels for the backpacking set to lux for the rich, some of whom may be famous. Baia do Joao Pousada is a moderately priced hotel and thats needs to considered. That said, it is very comfortable place to stay starting with a great locatioin and rooms that overlook the bay. Caveat, the great view means being up a hill so be prepared for a nice hike. The rooms are fine, clean and more than adequate-since are not coming to Buzios to stay in your room. They have wifi in the rooms. The shower in ours was a bit small, but doable. As a small hotel, the service is quite personal-Ricardo, the owner is a warm, cheeful pleasant guy-who speaks English and Italian, in addition to quite naturally, Spanish and Portugeuse. We enjoyed our stay and hope you enjoy yours.

Linda vista e na melhor praia de Buzios.

Pousada pequena, mas muito aconchegante e com uma bela vista da melhor praia de Buzios. Localizada a 300 metros das areias da praia de João Fernandez, o único incoveniente é uma forte subida de aproximadamente 200 m até a pousada. A pousada possui bons quartos com varandas. Por ser mais antiga, falta um pouco de manutenção, principalmente no banheiro. O café da manhã é simples mas o suficiente.

Awesome

I was at the hotel for a week, while attending a trade show in Macae (75Km away) it was worth the commute to come back to this amazing place. The breakfast was included and was even better because of the great views. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with a loved one.

A gem!

We picked this inn based on other good reviews and were not disappointed. It was perfect and better than the pictures! The room was simple but perfectly fine in every way, it lacked nothing. The lobby/bar and breakfast area was sunny & pleasant with spectacular views over the pool/patio area-- impossible to beat! This location is absolutely perfect! We read reviews that said this, but I guess we didn't really believe them because we were blown away when we got there. Beach access (to a couple different beaches) is just at the bottom of a short (but steep hill) maybe 5 min walk? and town is a 40min stroll (? maybe more or less) -we were so entertained along the way, stopping to people watch and swim and shop, I really don't remember how long it took because we were in no hurry. it is the perfect outing. The innkeeper couldn't be more hospitable. He speaks English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. He is simply delightful and even drove us to dinner and the bus when we left. We have such warm feelings about this place I want to spread the word. It the kind of place you hope to find but only sometimes do...it was wonderful.
