A equipe foi gentil e solicita, mas acho desagradavel preenchimento de ficha na chegada, pois provavelmente já tem todos os dados em sistema como acontece em outras pousadas. Quanto menos burocracia melhor. Uma das piscinas não foi limpa durante toda a estadia, a pesar de pedir várias vezes. Muitas vezes a escolha da pousada é justamente por causa da piscina. É um ponto importantissimo. A pousada tem um bom custo beneficio pela localizacao frente mar e um cafe bem simples. Box do banheiro é pequeno, mas no geral tudo atende bem. Ar condicionado e ventiladores funcionam bem frigobar tambem. Tem opcoes para alimentaca por perto e uber tambem atende bem! Ha um mercado proximo deu pra improvisar um churrasco na piscina a pousada emprestou alguns itens foi bem agradável no dia que estava em home office. Ambiente simples com vários pontos de manutencao a melhorar mas não chegou a atrapalhar a estadia. A limpeza dos quarto foi realizada todos os dias. Voltaria com certeza!

A pousada precisa de reformas no quarto, esta tudo bem velho, atendeu a minha necessidade pelo valor que eu paguei, é bem localizada(em frente a praia), tenho ciência que se quisesse algo melhor eu devo pagar muito mais, então no geral é válido, até pq apesar de precisar de reformas urgentes, roupas de cama, banho e o quarto em geral estavam limpos, o que é realmente o que importa.

Minha experiência no hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O banheiro estava imundo, com crostas de sujeira acumuladas no chuveiro e as paredes do box igualmente sujas. Isso é simplesmente inaceitável em qualquer estabelecimento. O colchão era desconfortável e o travesseiro, extremamente fino, não oferecia suporte algum. Além disso, o ar-condicionado portátil que estava no quarto era um verdadeiro pesadelo: fazia mais barulho do que o som das ondas do mar, tornando o ambiente insuportável para descansar. Para completar a experiência, os lençóis eram estampados com onças, o que não combinava em nada com a expectativa que eu tinha do lugar. A soma de todas essas condições - banheiro imundo, colchão ruim, travesseiro inadequado, ar-condicionado barulhento e lençóis estranhos - fez com que minha estadia fosse muito aquém do que deveria ser. Recomendo que o hotel tome providências urgentes para melhorar a limpeza e a qualidade dos serviços. Infelizmente, não posso recomendar este hotel a ninguém.
