"First issue was that we had to pay high city tax which was not mentioned anywhere. Second issue was that when we arrived, our All-In option did not cover first day lunch so we had to pay, the same applied on departure. Hotel room was OK, nothing exceptional. The garden and pool area were well maintained and simply beautiful. The beach was as expected, all depends on sea tide, but not swimmable at any time. Hotel is isolated, so car is a must. "The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one...
