"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. "All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and quantity of the food for the price was excellent. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The hotel is in the ideal place on the beach front and a short walk to the shops, cafes and park. I will be returning as had a lovely stay."

"The location of the hotel is good and I'm sure the view would be lovely, if you're in the right room. We were placed in the basement, beneath the bar, since we had brought our dog. The building is not well maintained with cracks on the walls, stains on the carpets and a musty smell. It's in desperate need of a deep clean and redecorating. We both slept terribly due to the bed being ridiculously soft, and a constant noise from footsteps and talking in the bar above until 3am, even though the bar is supposed to close at 11pm. We've stayed in many hotels and hostels at a range of prices and never struggle to sleep, apart from here. This was not akin with the price paid, therefore we would not stay again."

"Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!"

"We understood parking was available on site. This is not the case. Bank Holiday weekend, we were told to try our luck at street parking. Staff in bar were very nice. To be honest, I was violently ill after eating seafood pasta and one glass of wine at the restaurant. Although I was not angling for anything, I thought I should mention it at checkout and was told it takes 24 hours to get sick from the food. ( Not according to my system). The room had great tea/coffee choices and was very clean and quiet."
