"Room was clean but obviously had not been dusted (picture frames lights etc) for quite some time. No water glasses in room. Heater/air conditioner was so noisy couldn't use it during the night so room got stuffy while attempting to sleep. Breakfast was horrible. At 7:00 am bread slices were left ..."

When we checked into the room it was late had to look through a filthy glass door to try and see a number to check in. Got into the room and so upset but it was late didn’t want to have to find another room ..."
