"Nice view and nice spacious room with comfortable beds. But amenities are minimal and possibly less than some motels. A cheap coffee/tea maker, no microwave, a tiny fridge totally empty. Bathroom had just one bar of soap and one tube of body lotion, with shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower stall. Truly disappointed."

"I didnt like that there was no parking on the property. That should have been disclosed or a parking voucher should have been given to park across the street. My husband was attached nearby and needed medical supplies and none were on the premises other than a bandaid."

"I was concerned about parking and how responsive the valet would be, as we were in the heart of downtown Baltimore. I had absolutely no problem with valet! I took advantage of the app that allowed me to reserve a time for them to bring the car. The room was great, maybe a little bigger than usual because I reserved an accessibility room. "Aside from a not so great hairdryer, we had a perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, and great location!"

"The hotel was fully booked when I got there and the staff was not prepared. None of the rooms were ready and many people were looking for the luggage and trying to get into their rooms. The staff never apologized for the unconvinced and instead had an attitude with everyone. Though it is beautiful I would not go back and deal with the staff."
