"We have stayed at lots of Hampton Inns. This one was the worst by far. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevators and they gave us a room that failed all of our requests. We were given a room right opposite the elevators on the first floor and on the highway side of the hotel with trucks roaring by all night. The whole building shook when certain trucks passed. The breakfast was "bare bones" with no fresh fruit or hard-boiled eggs available. The whole building smelled of...

"Room itself was huge for a hotel room. Water pressure was great and room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Ice machine was great. Pool was older and the metal chairs were uncomfortable. The staff on the check in were virtual on a kiosk and extremely rude, but the in personal cleaning/ maintenance staff were very accommodating. I will not be staying here again unless front desk staff is in person."

"very very surprised and disapppointed that both Fairfield and Staybridge Hotels have VERY LITTLE First Aid Supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk associates didn't know where they are kept and when they found (20 mins later) the "kits" - they were extremely - extremely limited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This definitely needs addressed! Thank you. fyi - needed gauze pads and tape - none available!"

"The hotel is in a great location, overall it’s clean however it’s very dated on the inside, especially the rooms. If they would improve the rooms and the common area amenities and modernize them, it would be a very good hotel. I believe that this needs to be done sooner rather than later."

"Very clean at these Holiday Inn breakfast is better at other ones I have been at. Staff was OK. The Night Shift guy was a little stressed with someone else. Not sure why we wanted to get water and he was frazzled."

"Great room, very clean and in order. Excellent price-benefit for the area of Naples, centrally located. If you come after 10pm be patient because it takes some time for the manager to answer the phone, since there is no staff available."
