"Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. "This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place."

"Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved.
