The entire facility was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the state-of-the-art gym—by far one of the best I’ve seen at any hotel—and the beautiful lap pool was perfect for both relaxation and a good swim. The location is also ideal, just a short drive to both Sosúa and Puerto Plata, giving you quick access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. What truly impressed me was the level of care shown by the staff. I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out, and Jazmin didn’t just call me immediately—she even offered to pay for a cab to bring them to me so I wouldn’t miss my flight.
