"We enjoy Goldwynn for its boutique feel and size. It is quiet and peaceful. It is very walkable and only 6 levels. We much prefer this size hotel & grounds, rather than the massive resorts like BahaMar and Atlantis. The beach chaise lounges (with padded cushions & thirsty towels) are properly spaced so that you are not sitting too close to other vacationers & have room to move your chairs in keeping with the shade provided by the umbrellas. The restaurant is okay, with room for improvement....

"We loved the hotel. A lot!!! Of activities for adults and kids! Gorgeous beach. Clear water, we saw plenty of fish, turtles and crabs. Especially liked a complementary bottle for water and water stations everywhere, one more thing I found very helpful is a sunscreen stations."

"The entire staff is wonderful, gracious and so helpful. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed getaway, far from the large resorts. Old Fort Bay Club is beautiful, situated on a stunning beach without crowds of people. Very good food (we preferred the Italian restaurant over the Asian). Gym is very good and the pool is decently sized for those who like to swim laps. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The only thing missing is mini fridge."

"The hotel was okay overall, but the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The staff was extremely slow, and we constantly had to look for someone just to get coffee. Service during breakfast definitely needs improvement. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, but the breakfast experience took away from stay."

"Really helpful staff. Great free coffee. Little water in room. Great A/C and comfy bed. Big minus was pool being out of action, not told and we planned on using that for a day. Also quite far from town center but handy for airport. "

"Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach"

"Great staff, The front desk staff and management were very nice. Bar staff and restaurant employees remembered us daily and made sure our stay was top notch. Housekeeping did an excellent job assuring we had clean towels, pool towels and all toiletries were stocked daily. Not a newer property but the staff was top notch!"
