"Sin duda lo mejor de mi estancia fue el personal y sus atenciones. Sobre todo en el restaurante de vista ballenas. Pero mucho ruido, ya que se oye todos los vehículos que pasan por la carretera, deberían de sellar las puertas para disminuir este ruido. Hay muy disposición de los shows que montan pero la calidad es baja. Y falta atención y eficiencia del personal que surte las amenidades del cuarto ya que todos los días tenía que pedir cosas. Creo que es un hotel que puede mejorar en muchas...

"The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel....
