"Disappointed overall. While the location is amazing, staff were less than helpful. House Cleaning had showed up at 8 AM to clean the room and we asked them to come back later. We actually walked down as we are leaving at 10 AM to tell them that we were leaving and would like for the room to be refreshed. No one showed up. The front office was confronted at the end of the day when we got back to the hotel and they tried to make an excuse about not cleaning the room. Disappointed overall that this...

"The staff were all friendly. We had a great time at Djinn bar!"

"Great location and quiet. Walkable to the beach, coffee, restaurants and grocery."

"The attached bar / restaurant is not affiliated with the Hotel. Better options down the street."

"Great stay. See you next time."

"No fridge. No parking"

"The room was clean however as soon as we sat down on the bed, we found an ant on it then more throughout the night. Also the bathroom light needed to be replaced. We ended up going to the bathroom using our phone flashlight. It was too late to report it since office closed at 10 pm."

"Great staff! Once the receptionist found out we were visiting our son at UCSB for my wife’s birthday, she immediately looked for the best available room to upgrade us."

"the power went out and we sat all night in the pitch dark. Could not work which is wha we went to do. Had to get ready in the dark with no elecricity for hair products. No staff at desk at check out to speak to about it and no waffles, coffee since no power. leaking shower, no coffee provided next to coffee pot."
