"This Monte Costa is not a hotel nor resort. They were not informed about our reservation. No TV, no internet, no guest except us, the room is empty, they just add a foam for our sleep over. Toilet is outside our room. They compromise if we agreed to transfer to their hotel in vigan which we accepted it with no hesitation"
