No manager or maintenance support were available, night desk clerks hands were tied based on policies. Poor management policies in my opinion. Will not reserve there again. Horrible experience."

"Room was clean, and we requested a Mountain View room having never been there, we got a view of the parking lot, road construction and if you lay on the bed and look up you can see the mountain. The river side is better… Jetted tub in the room was nice after a lot of hiking the day before. Breakfast made to order was pretty good. Staff were friendly, conversation was nice and recommendations were appreciated as to where to have dinner. "
