"Hotel Alcántara was wonderful. It is very modern, spotless and brand new. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is the location, just 3 to 10 minutes from some truly amazing vineyards. We loved every single moment of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: very healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!"

"The value for the price on this hotel was outstanding! The staff were all super nice. The hotel is nice and clean, though you can tell it's an older building and some of the trims and fixtures could use a little updating. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. "

"Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Hotel geschmissen, weil wir Touristen waren wegen dem Virus. Man wurde Sehr diskriminierend behandelt weil wir deutsche und chilenen sind. Und das mit 2 Kindern. Niewieder. Die Hygiene gerade bei öffentlichen Toilette wie oben im Restaurant war grauenvoll. Weder Papier in den Toiletten noch Seife für die Hände. Die Toilette voll mit Kot und Urin. OBWOHL wir auf deren Wunsch das Hotel verlassen sollten habe ich die Nacht nicht zurück erstattet bekommen. "
