"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind.
The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

"This hotel is currently under renovation but that did not impact the room.
The room was newly renovated and quite nice. The only Real issue was that we could hear..quite clearly, our neighbors on both sides. There was also gaps around the door which let you hear people walking in the hallway….not bad, just noticeable.
The staff were friendly which was really nice after a long day!
We did not eat anything from breakfast, but it looked nice snd area was clean.
We would stay here again."
