"The outdoor pools were great, our Junior suite views were fantastic. How is this not a 5 start review then ? Firstly the 3 outdoor pools didn't open until 11.30am (I really don't understand that one), the main restaurant didn't open until 8.30pm (great for continental gastro but not for UK and UK stomachs) so we always ate out, the breakfast reservation had to be an exact time (pre booked at least one day in advance) and constant requests to refresh tea in our room or get tea bags for breakfast...
