"During our 13-day trip to northern Italy, we booked five hotels, relying heavily on customer ratings and information. To pay it forward, I want to leave my honest reviews to help future guests. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before...

"This is a really good hotel. The breakfast is awesome and the 1600 afternoon included snack is almost like a dinner. The hosts are super helpful with any questions you may have. They also gave us a shuttle to the bust station to catch the cortina express bus. Will stay there again next year."

"The hotel is advertised as a 4 star and the hotel sign shows this too. There’s parking at the hotel which is great to see and the two reception staff were polite. We noted the good reviews and it may just be that we had a poor experience. Our room was unclean with the carpet appearing not to have been vacuumed for a while. The toilet seat was chipped, the curtains did not meet to darken the room at night, the bathroom radiator had stained the floor with leaks and the hand soap dispenser was no...

"Una struttura semplice ma accogliente con tipica architettura montana. Parcheggio ampio con una decina di posti auto (forse +). Camera spaziosa arredamento essenziale, manca solo un po di personalità "alpina",balcone ampio molto bello. Personale sempre molto gentile, cena con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione abbondante e varia."

"Basic but fine, Gio on reception was amazing and very helpful - a woman though was very dismissive and rude for no reason… no fridge in room, lighting also a bit annoying, but otherwise fine stay, would I recommend it? Probably better places elsewhere"

"Hotel centrale di nome e di fatto, camera funzionale, curata e pulitissima. Dotazioni del bagno (doccia hiuma, cuffietta, cambio asciugamani ecc) ottimali. Da complimenti la cucina sia per il buffet colazione che per la cena, con diverse scelte gustose e accurate. Piccola ma graziosa la spa. Accogliente e sempre pronto per ogni evenienza il personale. Ci torneremo!"
