"As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place."

"We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. "

"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. Got to the property and got upstairs to the keybox of my apartment. The code provided for the keybox turned out to be wrong and after contacting again got...

"There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Staff was super friendly and always catered to your needs. The property was always clean. The food was awesome. It had a variety of dishes to choose from. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would definitely return in the future for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel."
