la posizione è perfetta per visitare la città, si è in centro ed a due passi da tutto. pernil parcheggio ho usufruito di quello sul lungomare. Camera ampia, con tutto a disposizione, in cucina non mancava nulla. Essendo un primo piano ed essendoci diversi ristoranti l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori.

La mia esperienza ad Izzhome design apartment è stata molto positiva: si trova in pieno centro di Cagliari, a due passi dalla stazione e non ho avuto nessun problema per effettuare il check-in/check-out. Ci sono tanti ristoranti attorno ma si può anche cucinare nell’appartamento che la cucina è ben dotata.

We are sorry your experience was not how you imagined. Is very rare, one time at year or less, but unfortunately the electric company could have some technical intervention to do and block electricity. We did our best, before with reprotection for first night, and pushing the electric company to reactivate electricity.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti a fine giugno. L'appartamento e'risultato pulito,luminoso,accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Inoltre Luca,il proprietario, e' stato molto disponibile, gentile e si e' dimostrato un supporto valido ad esaudire ogni eventuale necessita'. Lo consigliamo a tutti.!

Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari

Ruim appartement op prachtige locatie in het hart van de stad. Keukeninrichting er basic. Parkeren buiten centrum, 10 min lopen. Bedbank beperkt ligcomfort.

Lovely apartment
Great location and super easy check-in. Apartment was very spacious and includes all you need for a nice meal in if you feel like it. Otherwise lots of restaurants nearby.

Alessandro is a fantastico host
We couldn't have asked for a better host in Cagliari. Alessandro's apartment is in the heart of everything. You step out of the apartment and right into central restaurants heaven. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated and modern. Alessandro provided us a local cell phone so that we could communicate with him at all time if we needed as well as use the wifi has hotspot during our stay, he also went out of his way and brought us back to the airport instead of having to schedule a taxi. I would recommand his place to everyone who plans to stay in Cagliari

bon rapport qualité prix situation
très bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants, des arcades du port... en centre ville, donc assez bruyant. hôte disponible, parle très bien anglais. literie moyenne. cuisine équipée.
