"Loved this place. A bit of a hike to the old town but not an issue for me. Breakfast was satisfactory. No change from day to day. Option to have dinner at a special guest rate was best decision I made. Been traveling through Europe for a month now. This was the best meal and a great value. Only gripe—- for such an excellent accommodation, they have perhaps the worse towels in all of Europe. Extremely coarse. Would definitely stay again though!"

"sehr schöne, geräumige, ruhige und moderne Unterkunft mitten in Cagliari. Alles ist von hier aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Familienzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Buchung, der Check in und die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber waren einfach und reibungslos. Für einen Städtetrip absolut zu empfehlen!"

"The rooms and space was clean, recently remodeled or new and very functional. Relatively large room for Europe and location is in a good spot close to everything. Downsides are that there is limited street (and all paid) parking around and the complex is really just a converted apartment with rooms. The room is really basic - nothing but a bed and a bathroom (no coffee, no breakfast, no extras). Compared to other places we’ve visited in Sardegna, this spot is overpriced for value received....

"Virkelig god lokation midt i centrum, men i roligt kvarter. Parkering i aflåst gård for 9 euro pr døgn., men ellers gratis parkering på gaderne i området. Stor fælles terrasse med solsenge, borde, stole og masser af eftermiddagssol. Vi var den eneste på stedet, der brugte den. Det eneste minus var den ALT for hårde seng!"

"I made a mistake in my first review saying there were extra charges. I misunderstood this was a tax I had to pay not an extra charge. The room was huge, really spacious with surrounding areas (own entrance, front door, marble stairs up, landing area with sofa, bathroom) making it more like a flat. The style old, authentic Italian. My only problem was noise in the surrounding area at night but this is being sorted as I write. The owners were not aware as they do not live in the hotel.Very...

"Camera ben pulita ,comoda e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili"

"Stort och fint renoverat rum med tre härliga med fransk balkong. Läget var toppen mitt i gamla stan och badrummet fräscht och fint. Det enda var att golvet inte var rent när man satte ner fötterna efter duschen. Fötterna blev smutsiga igen så om värden sett till att dammsuga ordentligt och skurat golven så hade det varit toppen på alla punkter. Strandlakanen var inte tvättade som fanns till låns i garderoben men vi hoppas att det helt enkelt var en miss. "

"la posizione è perfetta per visitare la città, si è in centro ed a due passi da tutto. pernil parcheggio ho usufruito di quello sul lungomare. Camera ampia, con tutto a disposizione, in cucina non mancava nulla. Essendo un primo piano ed essendoci diversi ristoranti l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori."

"Todo perfecto. Apartamento comodo, toallas y ropa de cama impecables. Un patio muy amplio, y el apartamento en general bien cuidado y completo. La zona de ubicación es optima, silencioso por la noche y hay bares y de todo alrededor sin estar en pleno centro (a 10 minutos a pie)"
