"The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! "The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room.
