"1.the handbasin in the ensuite has a stuck plug. Water remained in the bowl for 4 days 2. No black tea in the outside area, only herbal tea 3 there was no hot water this morning on my last morning. Had to have a cold shower 4. I couldn’t change the temperature on the room airconditioner. 25 degrees was too hot for me. "

"To be very honest. Stay there’re a bit, purely because it easy when your travelling and will continue too. However! The place is really in need of a good tidy up and an update. Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F. The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them. St Mary’s...

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. Although we were close to the airport, there was virtually no noise...

"We love staying at the Moxy before international flights. The staff are beautiful and so helpful, the design of the building and rooms is so interesting to look at. The vibe in the foyer/eating area is so relaxing but still fun. Food is great! Shuttle is super easy to set up. Would recommend very highly."

"Clean room though body wash and hand wash pumps were empty in main bedroom , staff were accommodating. Breakfast was fine though not much choices to choose. Pool was indoor so kids enjoyed a lot. "

"Lovely hotel a three minute walk from Mascot train station. It was clean, modern with a very comfortable king bed. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket in the area. The hotel shuttle bus was good and to got us to the international airport in 10 minutes."

"The room was ok for a stay, clean and have almost everything required for someone who is transitting and plan to stay a night at Sydney before taking another flight. However, it is very difficult communicate with the staff. I forgot a phone and I left some messages to ask them, they didnt even answer anything. Lucky it is only my second phone, but the lack of communication doesnt make me feeling to stay again here. "

"Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that."
