Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The room was a bit small for the furnishings making it hard to get to the bathroom without bumping into furniture. I would have laid it out more efficiently. Bedding was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were less than exuberant.
