"Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! They said they serve breakfast but it was tea, coffee, coco tea, and a banana and a flatbread. Light summer throw and blankets that were so heavy they would put weighted blankets to shame. "Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else."

Thé rooms are small and simple, thé price is cheap so do not expect luxury, but thé basics are there, even if you have to wait a while for hot water and thé pressure is low, and it can get very chilly in thé room, but plenty of blankets. Thé laundry service is cheap and excellent. There are spaces to chill out and meet other guests and a breakfast service of bread and jam, and tea and coffee. "I'm a solo traveler and the location was perfect. It's in a square next to the main square. It's where a lot of the pick ups for excursions take place. It's close to everything. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I'm so happy I stayed hear. Note, there are a lot of tourists on the streets and it feels safe. I would recommend earplugs if you are at any hotel near the main square. I will make sure I book this place for any future visits. Loved it, very charming."

"Nice little place near the train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The owners were very helpfull also. It is a good location in Cusco I think. There is a mini kitchen and I could leave some food in the fridge."
