"Great location. Pleasant and helpful staff. I saw they had designated parking across the hotel but not sure if it was available for an additional cost but I was able to find street parking within walking distance to the hotel. Walkable neighborhood, restaurants nearby. Our room only had a mini fridge, but no microwave. There was a complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. The water was hot and the A/C blew cold."

"We had a wonderful stay but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by Luis. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our visit, from assisting us with getting to our room to helping us recover a balloon that was special to us. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in the service we received and in our overall experience. Luis is a great example of outstanding hospitality and we truly appreciate everything he did for us! I believe he works as BELLSERVICE, since he helped us take our luggage to our room upon our arrival."

"Simple comfort hotel with great views, kind staff, and sounds of the wildlife to put you to sleep. We had hardwood floors so I’d recommend bringing slippers. Plan ahead to be up in the mountains and getting ubers in the area is very difficult. Otherwise lots of great restaurants and beaches are 8-12 minutes away if you call local taxi services."
