"Very clean & quiet room where everything worked. Hotel amenities good: 3 choices of restaurant for evening meal. I was overcharged for an item at the bar, but staff were efficient, apologised and refunded me quickly.
Shuttle to airport only goes to T1/T2. Just as far to walk to T4 from the drop off as from the hotel which was undercover in the heavy rain."

"good option to get an overnight stay as close to the airport as you can - although with all the road construction around the car parks and airport nothing is simple. I was sure there was a pool at hotel but couldn't find anything about it. Main door you could see daylight through it!?! Not keen on being given a connecting room as a single female traveller. Room was clean and spacious."

"Second time staying and still very impressed by the convenient location, cleanliness and lovely staff. Only suggestion would be to possibly have extra blankets and shower amenities like shower caps and hygiene kit please. We had neighbours whom had their TV on full volume till 11:30pm which is annoying when trying to sleep, maybe when not so busy to space out guests. "
