Room was average. No housekeeping. Fire alarm went off twice in one night for no reason but no apology or compensation from staff. Pool area is clean but locals scaled the gates and were using it. Very convenient location.

Very pleased with our stay. Room a bit small but very clean. Front staff friendly and welcoming. Close to the lagoon, shopping and the casino. Will definitely return when visiting Cairns again.

The apartments look tired, the apartment wasn’t entirely clean, there’s no free wifi, they only cleaned the room once in 8 days. The location is good, but they really need to up their game.
