On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay . "

"Hotel was under construction with only two floors that were finished. Staff were unhelpful. When we checked in we had to wait over 1hr to get a room. We arrived after midnight and the room they gave us was not the right ones. They corrected this for the following night. Would not recommend this."
