Hotel Espetacular

Experiência Incrivel nesse Hotel com uma belíssima estrutura e localização em Barra Grande. Funcionários educados e prestativos prontos a atender as solicitações dos hóspedes. Café da manhã com bastante variedade de alimentos: Frutas, Bolos, Chocolates, Iogurtes etc. Voltarei a me hospedar lá com certeza.

Experiência Bem Ruim

Chegamos com problema na descarga, ficaram de arrumar no dia seguinte, o que de fato aconteceu, mas nao limparam o apartamento. Chegamos depois de quase todo o dia fora e o banheiro estava todo enlamassado, liguei tres vezes na recepcao e nada. Apos isso, eu mesmo fui na recepcao, pedi um balde, rodo e panos de chão e fiz a limpeza. Pode até ter sido uma fatalidade, mas falta processo e atitude. Dificilmente retornaremos.

Péssimo!

Não volto nunca mais e também não recomendo a ninguém! Cheguei no sábado à noite depois de uma longa viagem vindo de São Paulo, no check-in os funcionários da recepção foram super práticos, zero cordiais, até aí tudo bem! No quarto tinha uma barata morta e manchas de sujeira no chão, o banheiro estava cheio de pó de tinta! Quando fomos tomar banho a água do chuveiro era conta gotas, não esquentava, até que depois de alguns minutos não saía mais água. Falei com o recepcionista e ele disse que só poderia fazer algo no dia seguinte, como estava exausta da viagem só aceitei! No dia seguinte que era o nosso check-out, tentamos novamente tomar banho e não saía água de jeito nenhum! Fui falar com a recepcionista, expliquei a situação e ela disse que iria chamar a manutenção…passado 40 mins não veio ninguém e já eram 10h30, ligamos para questionar e ela respondeu “tem que aguardar”, não pediu desculpa em nenhum momento e ainda foi rude! Ora, paguei um valor alto para passar apenas uma noite, o mínimo que eu espero é ter água no chuveiro, e caso aconteça algum imprevisto, o esperado é voce ser bem tratado e o hotel faça o possível para minimizar esse transtorno! Fui falar novamente e ela me disse que a manutenção iria chegar só daqui a 1 hora e novamente zero desculpas, um atendimento apático e frio. No final das contas, decidimos não nos aborrecer com isso, fomos à praia e retornamos as 14h, o chuveiro ainda sem água, tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto! Péssimo do início ao fim!

Hotel excelente. Acomodações super confortáveis e com produtos de qualidade. Roupa de cama, travesseiros, toalhas e amenidades de banheiro, tudo de excelente qualidade. Os funcionários do hotel também são muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prontos para resolver qualquer problema.

Parecia um hotel fantasma. A escada da piscina que dá para a varanda do quarto é simplesmente inviável, além de ser altamente perigosa. Sempre viajo com meus Pais que são idosos e com certeza eles não conseguiriam subir ali. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar!

Estrutura e atendimento excepcionais! O quarto é super confortável e limpo, o hotel é muito bonito, estrutura incrível. Perto da praia. Café da manha tambem muito completo e gostoso. O que deixou a desejar foram os horários do serviço de quarto, que mais de uma vez entrou enquanto estávamos dentro do quarto sem bater na porta, oq foi desconfortável e o estacionamento que é um pouco afastado do hotel em si e a noite achei perigoso porque não tinha iluminação nem vigilância, de dia não foi problema, mas a noite sim. Mas no geral o hotel é maravilhoso e recomendo!
