"Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again! "

"Clean and nice room, the hotel offered good selection of food and drinks and outside of the hotel there was plenty of restaurants to choose from. One downside is that there is only one beach close to the hotel which was quite small "

"Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. "We had a great time in our villa which was in a group of villas slightly apart from the main hotel with our own pool. we didn't realise when booking but we could use all of the hotel amenities including all of their pools and restaurants.
The villa was about a minute from the gorgeous beach and a minute in the other direction was a lovely cove for snorkelling.
Beautiful place and very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, from reception to the shops, bars and restaurants."

"Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"Lovely hotel in a lovely location near the beach and some local shops. Breakfast was lovely every day and enjoyed the odd cocktail which was reasonably priced. The reception desk staff were very helpful. If I had to mention downsides I’d say the beds were a little hard and the communal areas a little dated - neither of which would stop me from starting again. Would happily stay here again if I’m back in the area"

"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "
