"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and...

"This place is let down by very poor design. The pool is a waist-high lazy river without a current. All except maybe half a dozen loungers, are located on a small strip of fake grass next to a fence which is right next to àn incredibly busy road (not brilliant for a place marketing itself as à relaxing high end spa hotel). The rooms are spacious but lack adequate storage (there’s a small wardrobe but not large enough to house the belongings of 3-4 people which is what the rooms are designed to...

"We had an amazing stay on this amazing island from the beginning to the end. The room was immaculate, super clean and well maintained with airconditioning, comfortable bed and good storage for luggage. Plenty of amenities in bathroom, a big shower head and a small one to hold, room cleaning/ bed sheets and change of towels, on demand. Nuria, our host, did a fabulous job and made our stay extra special. Would we come again? Absolutely!"

"Room was really spacious. Spotlessly clean. Staff were probably the nicest we've met in a long time. Couldn't do enough to help us. Especially Nicholas. And the guy who checked us out.im going mad I didnt spot his name. Food was exceptional. Only thing we had an issue with( and it wasn't a huge deal just a little annoying) was all the tiny stones around the sunbeds. We thought it was sand when we saw it first. But no. And it stuck to your feet. The place is so well located with lots to do. ...
