"False advertisement on description, property is about an hour from airport, site says free transport to and from airport but when you call for transport they say they go through a third party so be ready to pay over 100 euros each way or a taxi which is about the same."

"Beach is better at neighbor buildings. Adult pool lounge area quite nice. Minimal dishes in kitchentte with 2 hot plates. Hotel provides no shampoo or shower wash. Just hand soap and dish soap. Large balconies were great and it looked to be great for families. Parking is a challenge but we usually manages something within a few blocks. Many places to eat and markets close by. "

"The recepción staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was varied and in abundance, even free drinks with evening meal. The entertainment staff were extremely happy and fun. Just want to say a big thank you to Pepe, fir the dance class, Cappuccino for the the games and the girls for the morning exercise classes. Bingo was a hoot."

"Das Zimmer war schon bisschen abgerockt. Nicht richtig sauber, teilweise Dinge schon sehr abgenutzt, Tür hat geklemmt. Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung.
Auswahl und frische beim Frühstück so lala.. Staff kommt mit Bestellungen, sauber machen und auffüllen kaum hinterher. Brotmesser extrem dreckig und Toaster nur halb funktional."

"Pros - Great little hotel. Location excellent for 2 lovely beaches. Room was great and plenty big enough for a family of 4. Immaculately clean. Pool superb and perfect form young kids. Price over Easter was a bargain. Tip- include a food package as Cala D'or resort food is expensive and poor quality.
Cons - air con basically didnt work. Even in the cooler months (April) then room was too hot. Had to sleep with patio doors open and as a result we got mosquito bites. Kitchenette is barely sufficient to make a sandwich. Very small fridge. Toaster tripped electrics so could not be used. Additional charge (around 17euros for 5 nights) for security safe.
Overall - we got a bargain ober Easter but it was very quiet, suggest Summer would be difficult to get sun loungers. We would return but unless air-condition was guaranteed to be sorted I would avoid Summer months."

"Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable but is was very spacious and immaculately clean. Balcony in apartme t 9 was huge and had amazing view, would be lovely in the sunshine! Situated near the beautiful cove but we did move to a busier town just because the weather was so poor and there was then little to do in Cala Pi. Would have stayed had it been sunnier to use the pool or cove/beach."

There was a lot of confusion through when I asked for a late checkout. It took 3 attempts at reception to get this sorted. "
