The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. "Cannot fault this place, the apartment was absolutely stunning and such a great space for a reasonable price considering the location. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Location is absolutely spot on. The photos don't do the rooms justice to be honest, we had a terrace suite and the space was excellent. The fact that it's spread over a few floors made it feel so much bigger. Would 1000% return again."
